Any electrical problems within a Flat or House on the Estate are the responsibility on the Householder or Leaseholder, for Flats.

For the tenants of flats, then if you have any electrical issues within your flat then your first point of contact is your Landlord/Landlady or the managing agent for your flat.

If there is an electrical issue in the communal areas:

• The main estate lighting on House garages around the estate.
• The lighting around the flats or on the flats garages.
• The lighting in the communal areas within the flats
• The Security / Entry phone system for either of the blocks of flats.
