There are a large number of car parking places available on the Estate. However a number of the places belong to flats in the St Michaels and Hellebore blocks. Please do not park in the spaces belonging to other residents. The spaces belonging to flats are shown on the map with the number of the flat. Spaces for St Michaels are to the left of the St Michaels block. Hellebore spaces are in front of Hellebore block.

If you have visitors please make sure that they do not park in other residents allocated spaces.

If you are a tenant there may be a small problem with parking for you. If the parking space allocated to your flat is a garage your landlord may not provide you with access to it. If this is the case then you must park your car in a Visitors space. Please do not park in spaces allocated to other residents
