Martinswood Management Company have, for many years, retained the services of Hendales Property Management Ltd to look after the day to day maintenance on and around the estate.
Until the 1st October 2024 Hendales were providing management services. From the 1st October 2024 Martinswood Management have appointed Rushbrook & Rathbone Limited to provide management services to the estate. Rushbrook & Rathbone Limited are also based in Hitchin.
We have been provided with a Manager, Austin Craig, who will look after general site maintenance issues to do with the communal areas of the estate and flats. Rushbrook & Rathbone Limited will also undertake the management of larger projects, like resurfacing the roadways and replacing the flats atrium skylights.
Leaseholders and House owners are provided with access to Rushbrook & Rathbone’s customer portal called “MyBlockman”. User account / access details can be provided by Rushbrook & Rathbone. Please contact them if you have any issues accessing the MyBlockman Portal.
In the event of emergency issues like problems with the estate lighting, water leaks in the roofs of the flats then Rushbrook & Rathbone should be notified by the Leaseholder of the flat.
Please note: If you are a tenant in a flat or house your first point of contact, for any issues with your flat, should be either your Landlord/Landlady or any Agent or Agency acting on your Landlord’s or Landlady’s behalf. Tenants should not contact Rushbrook & Rathbone directly.
